GynaeHub (gynaehub.com) is a maternal care platform that helps pregnant mothers track pregnancy, keep trusted records, and connect with Lady Health Visitors (LHVs) and Midwives. This policy explains what personal data we process and why.

Account details: name, phone number, email (if provided), role (mother / healthcare professional / admin), and authentication data managed through our login provider.

Mother and pregnancy data: national identity (CNIC) where used to find or claim a clinic record, last menstrual period (LMP), estimated due date (EDD), share tokens for family tracking, and visit or encounter notes entered by linked healthcare professionals.

Professional data: facility name, licence or council numbers for verification, subscription and payment submission references, and public directory fields you choose to show (never phone, CNIC, or licence numbers on public profiles).

Technical data: device or browser information, approximate region for pricing display, cookies or local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember language preference, and basic server logs for security.

Communications: messages you send to our contact email, WhatsApp helpline, or in-app help or emergency requests.

To provide the service: create accounts, show pregnancy week and milestones, enable QR or CNIC shared trackers, document care with consent, and process professional plan or verification payments manually.

To protect users: verify healthcare professionals, prevent fraud or abuse, and secure accounts.

To communicate: send service notices, respond to support, and handle complaints related to care rights.

To improve GynaeHub: understand which public guide pages are used and fix errors. We do not sell personal data.

Pregnancy and clinical notes are sensitive. We process them only to deliver maternal care features you or your clinician request. Public share links show progress (week, due date, milestones) — not full clinical notes.

Healthcare professionals must obtain appropriate parent or guardian consent before creating or updating records on GynaeHub.

We share data with service providers who host and run the product (for example cloud database and authentication), under contracts that require them to protect the data.

We may share information if required by law, to protect someone’s safety, or to investigate serious abuse.

Family members only see what you enable through share links or CNIC lookup when sharing is turned on. Public professional directory listings exclude private contact and identity numbers.

We keep account and care records while your account is active and as needed for legal, safety, or dispute purposes. You may ask us to correct or delete personal data where applicable by emailing contact@gynaehub.com. Some records may need to be retained for clinical or legal accountability.

We use industry-standard safeguards such as encrypted connections and access controls. No online service is perfectly secure; please use a strong password and protect devices that open share links.

GynaeHub is designed for adults (mothers and healthcare professionals). We do not knowingly create accounts for children. Adolescent pregnancy care records, if any, should be handled by clinicians with lawful consent and guardianship rules.

Our infrastructure may process data on servers outside Pakistan. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards from our providers.

You can update profile details in the app, disable pregnancy share links, switch language, and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where the law allows.

Educational pregnancy guide pages can be read without an account and do not require you to submit personal health data.

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy where permitted by law.
