GynaeHub is operated from Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan. Contact: contact@gynaehub.com.

GynaeHub provides digital tools for pregnancy tracking, educational guides, record keeping, and connecting mothers with LHVs and Midwives.

It is not an emergency service and does not replace in-person clinical care. In an emergency, call local emergency services (including Rescue 1122 where available) or go to the nearest appropriate facility.

Content in the pregnancy guide, tracker estimates (including LMP-based dating), and journey tips is educational only. It is not a diagnosis, prescription, or professional medical advice.

Always confirm care decisions with a qualified LHV, Midwife, doctor, or other licensed clinician.

You must provide accurate information and keep login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Mothers (Parents) may track pregnancy and share limited progress views. Healthcare professionals may document care only with proper parent or guardian consent and must not misuse identity or clinical data.

We may suspend accounts that appear fraudulent, unsafe, or in breach of these terms.

Professional features may require an active plan and, where offered, verification. Fees and payment methods are shown in the app; payments may be confirmed manually after you submit a transaction reference.

Verification and directory listing do not guarantee clinical quality. Public profiles show limited fields only.

Do not misuse GynaeHub: no unlawful content, harassment, scraping that harms the service, attempts to access others’ private records without authorisation, or uploading malware.

Do not use the platform to advertise unsafe treatments or to impersonate clinicians or parents.

GynaeHub branding, software, and original content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy the service for a competing product without permission.

Educational materials may include information compiled for mothers; do not republish substantial portions as your own commercial product without consent.

We may link to external resources (for example nutrition sites). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as we improve the product.

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date will change. Material changes may also be announced in the app or on the website.

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, GynaeHub and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for clinical outcomes that depend on care outside the platform.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Pakistani law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts in Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any consumer protections that cannot be waived.
